Jennifer was the brainchild behind OakMae Development and acts as a strategic growth partner for the company’s clients and a liaison between OakMae’s real estate, development and construction disciplines, delivering high-quality results for the clients and communities we serve.

 

Jennifer’s extensive real estate development career spans an impressive 25-year time span, and she has developed nearly 500 retail, grocery, mixed-use and medical office projects ranging in size from 10,000 sf to 1,000,000 sf. Jennifer began her career at HUTTON in 1999 and built relationships and processes that set the framework for the company’s continued growth.

 

In 2007, Jennifer joined CBL Properties as their Senior Director of Development where she was responsible for implementing the company’s redevelopment and new development strategies and expanding the company’s retail and mixed-use developments throughout their portfolio.

 

Jennifer is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in civil engineering, she earned an MBA in finance from Tulane University and loves calling the North Shore in Chattanooga home.
